Are you still living with the current situation? (COVID19)

- Yes absolutely. As usual, we always process and ship your orders. However, it is possible that delivery times may be longer due to the large number of requests made due to Covid-19. In addition, the postal services are overwhelmed due to the quantity of packages to be processed, but we have seen an improvement. We strive every day to answer your orders as well as possible and given the current situation. Where do we ship your products from?

- Our offices are located in Paris, France. Our international warehouse is located in China.

 


How do I track my order?

- Once your order is placed, you will receive within 24 hours a tracking number that will allow you to see the progress of your order in real time on the carrier's website according to the type of delivery chosen. Please note that a delay of 24/48h is necessary to see the taking charge of the package by the carrier.


What are the delivery times?

- Your order is shipped in 48/72 working hours. But, with the current situation, our average shipping time is 3 to 10 working days.
However, we have found that most of our orders are delivered in 27 working days for France, and 30 to 40 working days for the rest of Europe.
For the Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas periods, deliveries can be delayed from 2 to 5 working days. Thousands of orders are placed during this period, which causes minor delays. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.

 


What are the delivery times?

- Items are delivered according to the terms and conditions of your local post office.


What happens if no one is home?


- Don't worry, our items will be left in your P.O. box. In the event that access to your mailbox is not possible, your package will be left at your local post office where you can pick it up.

 

I have the wrong delivery address, what should I do?


- Don't worry, if your order hasn't been sent yet, contact us immediately. We will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.


Is your site secure?

- Your security is our primary concern.
That's why oyyyo.fr is on an HTTPS server.
Most sites only secure the shopping cart and the checkout process, but on our site all pages are secure and cannot be hacked or be the target of malware.
Finally, regarding payment, we use Stripe, a reference in terms of Internet transaction security and data protection.

 


What are the payment methods?

- Currently, you can pay by credit card and Paypal on our site. The accepted methods of payment are : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal. We do not accept bank checks, transfers or payments on receipt.

 


What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

-We offer a "satisfied or refunded" guarantee!
Indeed, if for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the full price of the item as soon as it is returned to us.
However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be emailed as proof of delivery. You can find all the details in our Refund Policy section.

 

What products are available for purchase on oyyyo.co.uk?

- We offer a multitude of products from different collections. Each product is marked with one of the following phrases: Available, Available within 1 to 3 weeks. If a product is indicated as available within 1 to 3 weeks, it means that it is available for purchase immediately, but will not be shipped for 1 to 3 weeks. Please refer to the estimated delivery date indicated on the product description page as well as at checkout.

 

 

Can I change or cancel my order ?

- If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that your order will be changed once it has been placed. Once payment has been confirmed, orders can no longer be cancelled or modified; you can return your item in accordance with Oyyyo's online refund policy.

 

 

How long does it take for the refund to be processed?

- Goods returned by the carrier to our warehouse will be processed within 14 working days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been validated. Refunds will be credited using the original payment method. Additional charges for Saturday delivery are non-refundable.
